Newsletter privacy

We use your email address to confirm your request, deliver the newsletter, and manage unsubscribes and delivery failures. Our email provider processes messages for these purposes. Subscription and suppression records are kept as needed to deliver your chosen newsletter and respect your choices.

We keep minimal signup and confirmation records to measure reliable service and prevent duplicate conversions. Acquisition receipts are retained for up to 180 days. They use pseudonymous identifiers, which are still personal data; they are not anonymous. Campaign attribution expires after 30 days.

Optional advertising measurement starts only after you allow it. It may use campaign parameters, browser identifiers, and a hashed email through our LaunchOps measurement service and Meta. Meta may receive your network and browser details when its Pixel loads. Declining does not prevent subscription. You can change your choice below; withdrawal stops new optional events and cancels queued measurement linked to this browser preference before delivery begins. It cannot recall events already in transit or delivered.

Confirmation and unsubscribe pages do not load advertising scripts. Links in email may include signed tokens needed to manage your subscription. Do not share those links.
